Appointments 9-5 most days, with some Evening, Saturday, and Telephone appointments available. Office phone opens at 8am most days.
Tim has office hours a couple of evenings each week, and most saturdays
Our office lives and breathes employment law, and we exist to try to help people who are facing critical job issues. It is very common that people are in a crisis before they ever contact our office, and they need help Now.
Tim recognizes that he is in the service business, and must be available to serve clients when they need him. He does not expect to keep bankers hours when people are having problems and need help. So he is available for late appointments a couple of evenings a week (the days will vary), and on most Saturdays. He has even been known to meet on Sundays when needed. Thursdays are not usually good days for late appointments.
If you require evening or weekend hours, we can probably accommodate you. Talk about your needs when you schedule your appointment.
Weekend appointments are available most Saturdays, and the occasional Sunday if necessary.
If you are in a hurry, or outside of St. Louis, telephone appointments are a good way to go
Tim does a lot of consultations by telephone. See this article for how the telephone consultation process works.
So if you need to talk it out with a lawyer right away, we can accommodate you with a telephone consult fairly quickly. Sometimes we can do it the same day during business hours. Sometimes we have to do it after hours the same day you call. But we can most often do the phone consult within 24 hours of your call.
