How best to contact
Phil Willoughby’s Office:
ADDRESS – PHONE – DIRECTIONS: See bottom of page. Please do not send us any faxes unless you have spoken to my office and we have agreed to receive your fax.
If you want a consult
please contact my assistant directly by Phone or Email
The best way to arrange for a consult is to call and speak to my assistant. If you are available for a callback you could send an email to Office@TimsLaw.com, and ask us to call – Click here to send our office an email (give your full contact info in the email, including name, address, and your home # and cell phone #). We will try to promptly contact you by phone or by email.
If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, assume we did not get your email, and please call us. NOTE: If your phone # is long distance, we will probably just send you an email and ask you to call us at your convenience. Please don’t expect us to call you at work; we don’t like to call people at work unless we know it’s ok.
Sending Phil a routine email — Always follow up promptly with a phone call to the office to tell us of your email, so I watch for it
Please Take Note: (1) e-mail communication is not a secure method of communication, (2) any e-mail that is sent to you or by you may be copied and held by various computers it passes through as it goes from you to me or vice versa, (3) persons not participating in our communications may intercept our communications by improperly accessing your computer or my computer or even some computer unconnected to either of us which the e-mail passed through.
