We’re near I-270 and Tesson Ferry Road - a little bit East of the intersection of I-44 and I-270

[PLEASE NOTE: Be very careful with directions that you might get on-line, with regard to my office, due to a quirk in Google. Google Maps sometimes gives strange results for my building’s address, probably because there are multiple streets with similar names. Google sometimes says my building is South of I-270, but it’s actually North of I-270. Use MY directions instead.]

DIRECTIONS FROM I-270 to 10024 Office Center Ave, Suite 200, St. Louis MO 63128

• Take I-270 to Tesson Ferry Rd. - Tesson Ferry Rd intersects I-270 a couple of miles East of the junction of I-270 and I-44. Tesson Ferry Rd is the second exit East of I-44 on I-270. If you are coming from I-55, Tesson Ferry is the first exit after you merge onto I-270 North.
• Go NORTH on Tesson Ferry Road for about 0.7 mile.
• Turn left at Baptist Church Rd. (Watch for Concord Lanes on the left. Concord Lanes has an Arizona Action Park franchise on its premises, so you will see a Rock Mountain rising above the road, and huge adobe walls, right there at the intersection of Tesson Ferry Rd and Baptist Church Rd.)
• Go about 0.2 mile along Baptist Church Rd, and then turn LEFT into Office Center Ave, between Becky’s Tile and Carpet and AutoZone.
• Office Center Avenue is only about 500 feet long. At the end is my building, 10024.
• Suite 200 is to the right as you enter the foyer at ground level.

DIRECTIONS TO AVOID THE INTERSTATE

• Hanley area: Take Hanley headed South. Hanley becomes Laclede Station Rd. Take Laclede Station Rd headed South through the Marlborough community until you get to Rock Hill Rd. Turn left on Rock Hill Rd. Rock Hill Rd becomes Tesson Ferry. Take Tesson Ferry Rd South to Baptist Church Rd. Turn Right on Baptist Church Rd, go 0.2 mile, and turn Left on Office Center Ave, and go about 500 feet to my office.
• North Lindbergh: Take Lindbergh headed South, past I-44, past Watson Rd, and come down to the Concord Village area. Turn Right on Baptist Church Rd (across from Ronnie’s 20 Cinema). Come about 1000 feet and turn Right on Office Center ave. Go about 500 feet and you are there.
• Kingshighway: Come South on Kingshighway until you get to Gravois. Go Right at Gravois. Take Gravois to the Affton area and turn Left on Tesson Ferry Road. Take Tesson Ferry Rd South to Baptist Church Rd (near Concord Lanes). Turn Right on Baptist Church Rd, go 0.2 mile, and turn Left on Office Center Ave, and go about 500 feet to my office.
• Broadway: Come South on Broadway, all the way down to near River Des Peres, watch for Marceau St. Turn Right on Marceau and go a short way to Lemay Ferry Rd. Go Left at Lemay Ferry. Come all the way South to Lindbergh. Turn Right at Lindbergh and go several miles to Tesson Ferry. Turn Left at Tesson Ferry. Go about 1/2 mile and turn Right on Baptist Church Rd, go 0.2 mile, and turn Left on Office Center Ave, and go about 500 feet to my office.
• Note that Office Center Avenue is only about 500 feet long. At the end is my building, 10024.
• Suite 200 is to the right as you enter the foyer at ground level.
