Sending Tim’s office an email

Choose from the email options linked below, but please follow up with a phone call.

If you send an email and do not receive a reply or phone call from my office within 24 hours, assume that we did not get your email or that we accidentally deleted it as spam. Make sure your email program sends your Real Name in the FROM field, not your zany email address, like “FROM:”

Select from among the following if you want to send my office an email:

POTENTIAL CLIENTS: Click here if you are an employee or former employee who wants a consultation. That link goes to a special document with info for you to consider before sending us an email – you should read it – and after you read it, then you can click here to request we contact you about a consult.

To send Tim an email that is NOT a request for a consult: :   The email link below will cause your own email program to load a new email message addressed to me. Click here to send Tim an email that is NOT a request for a legal consultation.

Please note that I might have my assistant reply to you, depending on the nature of your email to me. For example …

  • I generally will not answer legal questions by email. Legal questions tend to be specific to your situation, and I have to be careful about getting into anyone’s specifics unless I am doing a consult. OR you might be asking about an issue I just don’t know the answer to, because I’ve never researched it.
  • If you tell me your story, I will probably consider your email to be a request for a free consult, and I will forward it to my assistant for processing as with any other request for a consult.
