Missouri Board of Pharmacy Actions
My ex-wife is a pharmacist, and I was a Navy Corpsman, so I am comfortable with medical-related problems
When someone reports you to the Board of Pharmacy, they have started the wheels turning on a process that could result in discipline against your license. The time to get an attorney is right now.
The process the Board uses is quite similar to the process used by the Board of Nursing, about which I have written a fairly detailed article, and do not need to duplicate herein. See Nursing Board Actions.
if you do not get the issue settled by agreement, you will be sitting in a large room with about a dozen Board members present, and you will have a trial before all those judges as to what happens to your license. You need a lawyer’s help from the gitgo.
