  • I generally will not answer legal questions by email. Legal questions tend to be specific to your situation, and I have to be careful about getting into anyone’s specifics unless I am doing a consult. OR you might be asking about an issue I just don’t know the answer to, because I’ve never researched it.
  • If you tell me your story, I will probably consider your email to be a request for a free consult, and I will forward it to my assistant for processing as with any other request for a consult.
