We will try to promptly contact you by phone or by email.
If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, assume we did not get your email, and please call us. NOTE: If your phone # is long distance, we will probably just send you an email and ask you to call us at your convenience. Please don't expect us to call you at work; we don't like to call people at work unless we know it's ok.
